We want you to have the best experience with our food products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it for you. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for a refund or exchange if the product packaging has been opened.

If your order arrives with damaged items or there was an error in the products you received, please contact our customer support team immediately or within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement at no extra cost, and we'll cover the shipping expenses for the return and replacement.
