.44 Caliber Johnston & Dow, 30 Pack

SKU: HB44JD30

Reproduction .44 Caliber Johnston & Dow Civil War Bullet – 30 Pack

Quantity of 30 bullets.

That's five cylinder loads; all you can shoot before you likely need to clean the pistol!

Hand-cast in the USA, this .44 caliber Johnston & Dow pattern bullet is a faithful reproduction of one of the most distinctive projectiles used during the American Civil War. Designed for use in period revolvers such as the Colt 1860 Army and similar .44 cap-and-ball arms, this historic bullet style was originally developed for military service and is prized today by reenactors, collectors, and black-powder shooting enthusiasts.

Each bullet is produced using traditional casting methods and new 99.9% pure, soft lead to replicate the performance of originals. Unlike typical modern bullets, this reproduction maintains the authentic shape and dimensions used by soldiers of the Civil War era, making it ideal for historically accurate shooting and living-history demonstrations.

Whether you load combustible paper cartridges or charge them directly into the cylinder, they provide excellent compatibility with original and reproduction black-powder revolvers.
